Refund Policy

You may return or exchange an item, excluding any shipping charge, within a period of ten (10) days. - you do not need an RA number just your order number.

Please note that items must be in new condition and filters must be unopened, the seal not broken, to receive a full refund. On filters where the seal is broken there will be a 15% used fee charge as we cannot sell the filters as new.
